GSS Ltd. was founded in Romania in 2011, deriving from Global Geocad, which was incorporated in Romania as well, in 2004, and grows organically and through acquisitions, and by July 2011 employed some 50 staff.

All the former Geocad coordinates remain unchanged (VAT number, registration number, headquarter and branch), only the name became GSS now.
